Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. I would 100% recommend Lexington Plumbing and Gas Company. I was clueless about who to call and trust, and I called Lexington Plumbing and Gas. The worker, Richard, answered my call. I am very pleased and grateful he did because after speaking with him, I felt comfortable using this company. Richard is very knowledgeable, very polite, and very professional. He answered all my questions, and he explained the information in simple terms for a person without a whole lot of knowledge of plumbing. The prices were fair, and the jobs were completed around the holidays in December 2021( when most companies hike their prices, especially with the epidemic going on. But Lexington Plumbing and Gas Company was fair and honest with their prices.

Outstanding customer service and phenomenal response time! It was Sunday morning, on Mother’s Day no less, when I contacted Lexington Plumbing with an emergency. The owner, Richard, answered my phone call, provided an ETA, and arrived as promised. He diligently worked to identify the issue and resolve the problem. Additionally, he took the time to explain the issue and offered several ways to permanently fix it so it would no longer be a concern moving forward. This was the fourth time we had a service call for the same issue, and all the previous calls resulted in fixing the immediate problem but never offering solutions for a permanent fix. Thankfully Lexington Plumbing came to the rescue, and we will definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone in the area needing plumbing work. The company is also family-operated and Veteran and Woman-Owned. Enough can't be said about doing business locally with companies like Lexington Plumbing and people like Richard. Thanks again!

Richard came out to install a new farm hydrant faucet, as ours had broken. We needed it done as soon as possible, as we care for nearly 200 animals at our farm rescue. He was there within an hour, and even though he didn't have a faucet in stock, he had water restored to the farm within 45 minutes! He then found us a new faucet and was back the next day to install that! We were very pleased, and will definitely be using Lexington Plumbing and Gas from here on!

Wish I had tried them sooner. Came out quickly for a repair on my water pressure pump and fixed issue that a previous plumber didn’t catch. Obviously very experienced and professional. Highly recommend.

Richard was absolutely awesome! He solved my problem & also checked on me the following day to see if everything was okay. Great price as well. If I ever need any more work done, I’m calling these guys for sure!!!

The best plumbing service in South Carolina!! We are so impressed with the quality of their work! They are always on time, clean up after they finish and charged me less then the other plumbers I've used in the past. Richard is a true gentleman!
